Update Your Waitlist Information
Keeping your information update is very important. Here are some examples of when you should call to update your information.
- Change of phone number
- Change of address
- Change in income
- Add household members
To update your information, please call 724-342-4000 to speak to a member of the Occupancy Department.
Every April an interest letter will be mailed to the address we have on file. If this letter is not returned promptly, we must assume that you are no longer interested and your application will be removed from our waiting list. If this letter is returned to us by the USPS, we will attempt to call you or contact you at a forwarding address.
